After a few margaritas, and some delicious queso dip Saturday night my "younger" sister and I came up with a brilliant idea for a new blog: (il)legitimate sisterhood, all about our respective versions of finding out about each other, meeting for the first time, family get-togethers, and living together for this three months for the first time in our lives. Of course we would write from a humorous perspective and not bore you all with the gritty details, although sometimes that stuff is pretty fascinating.
For those of you who don't have a clue what I am talking about; I found out about a year and a half ago that I had another sister, a younger sister, by about two months. My parents are still married.....you get the gist.
What do you think? I've been wanting to write about this for awhile, but didn't want to upset her, and she's just as excited about it as I am. It would be like public therapy for us, something to laugh about, which we think is the best way to deal with the whole situation. She has known about me her whole life, so she has a totally different perspective than I do.
Ps. we may force FSU to be a guest blogger once in awhile because he is in fact living with two women of the same age, who have the same temper and impatience, while really just getting to know each other. Two girls, a guy, a large drooling dog and an evil cat. In a town house.
